Description
UTP network cable Cat. 6
UTP network cable Cat. 6 is most commonly used for local area networks. Category 6 includes cabling that requires bandwidth of frequencies up to 250 MHz and throughputs of 200 Mbps, which provides for the implementation of Gigabit Ethernet (4 x 250 MHz = 1 GHz) and 622 Mb/s ATM transmission. The product presented here is constructed from 4 pairs of cables twisted together, thus eliminating both mutual and electromagnetic interference. Made of pure copper, the cables are surrounded by an HDPE sheath with a diameter of 0.92 ± 0.03 mm, which is characterised by increased density and particularly high diaphragm insulation. The cables are also protected by an outer sheath of PVC with a thickness of 0.50 ± 0.05 mm. The package contains 305 metres of cable.
