Description
FTP Cat.5e network cable. Pack containing 50m of cable.
Network cable most commonly used for local area networks, includes applications Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s) as well as Gigabit Ethernet (1000 MB/s). It is constructed of 4 pairs of cables twisted together to eliminate electromagnetic and mutual interference. The cables are made of pure copper 24 AWG thick and are PE-coated. The diameter of each cable with insulation is 0.97mm. The cable is shielded with aluminium foil and has an additional earthing conductor. Twisted-pair is also often used in CCTV installations, where one cable can transmit the video signal from several cameras and power.
