PLC 1:2 fibre optic splitter with SC/APC adapters
Fibre optic splicers are used in FTTH networks, in which the internet is delivered to customers via a fibre optic cable from the server room to the customer device without changing the transmission medium. The nature of this technology requires that the signal is distributed to customers without the use of additional active devices.
PLC splicer with 1:2 symmetrical power splitting with adapters at both the input and output. The pocket-type housing allows quick installation in switches and external boxes, while minimising the risk of damage to the optical fibre.
The splitter is mounted with clips that hold it in place and prevent it from falling out.
